Update: TOHO, the distributor behind The Last: Naruto the Movie has released an extended teaser trailer. The footage from the movie is the same as the above trailer, the difference is the introduction is a bit longer. This video below is an English sub version.

A new trailer has been released for the next movie based on the Manga and Anime, Naruto. The Last Naruto Movie is set for released on the 6th of December in Japan. The trailer shows of a bunch of manga panels showing the major characters for the series before a quick look at Naruto’s new costume and short hair cut, which doesn’t seem to be going down to well with fans. The voice over promises the movie will have links with the next generation and to go beyond the original works. Hopefully this means we will be introduced to an older Naruto and some interesting new characters. There is currently no news on when the film will be coming west, although it will probably be a couple of years. The latest film to be released in the UK was Naruto Shippuden 4: The Lost Tower so fans now have three more films to look forward to, Blood Prison, Road to Ninja and The Last.
